Yes! We offer free resizing on all rings. Occasionally there can be sizing limitations on certain constructions, but those will be noted where applicable.

Yes! All in stock items are returnable for up to 7 days from date of delivery for any reason, so long as it is in the same condition as when received. Resizing will render an item final sale.

Should a manufacturing defect arise, Vellum Hall will repair the piece accordingly. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces.

As of right now, we are online only, though we anticipate having a studio space here in Indianapolis to take appointments in 2027.

We do not offer molds or models of our pieces or commissions at this time. We’re happy to provide additional photos, videos, measurements, and guidance on scale and proportion to help you feel confident in your selection before commissioning your piece.
