Vellum Hall offers complimentary ring resizing at time of purchase.
Please select your size on the ring’s product menu.
If your size is not listed, then the construction of the ring does not allow for that size to be reached without compromising the integrity of the piece.
Please allow an additional 2 weeks to ship if resizing is needed. Resizing will render your item final sale.
Stock and ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 business days of order.
Shipping is currently limited to the United States.
ALL Shipments ship fully insured via UPS 2-Day express unless otherwise noted or discussed & will require signature.
Shipments from Vellum Hall
All Vellum Hall shipments are fully insured while in transit. If an order is lost in transit, Vellum Hall will work directly with the carrier and insurance provider to investigate the shipment. If the package cannot be located within a reasonable investigation period, the customer will receive a refund or replacement. Any subsequent insurance claim is handled by Vellum Hall.
Return Shipments to Vellum Hall
Approved returns shipped using a Vellum Hall-provided return label are fully insured while in transit. If a return is lost in transit, Vellum Hall will initiate and manage the insurance claim. The return refund will be issued once the loss has been confirmed through the claims process. Jewelers Mutual advises that shipping claims are typically resolved within 14 days, although individual claims may take longer.
For all stock and ready to ship items, there is a 7 day return window from date of delivery. Items within this window may be returned for any reason so long as they are unaltered and in the same condition as when
received.
You will be refunded to the same method of payment within 7 days of receipt of return.

Vintage and antique jewelry are objects that have lived full lives before arriving at the Hall. Evidence of age such as patina, soft abrasions, and minor irregularities should be expected and are considered part of the character of these pieces. We recommend occasional inspection and routine maintenance for older jewelry.
Exact dating can rarely be guaranteed and is instead informed by craftsmanship, materials, hallmarks, construction, wear patterns, and stylistic indicators. Please review all photographs, videos, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Layaway
In addition to the payment methods offered through Shopify, Vellum Hall provides interest-free layaway for in-stock pieces. Made-to-Order designs are not eligible.
Layaway purchases are divided into four equal payments, where the first payment is made to secure the items and begin layaway. Remaining payments are made either bi-weekly or monthly based on your preference. An item will not be held until the first payment is made.
Because each piece is reserved specifically for you, layaway items are final sale. If a payment is missed, your plan will remain active for one additional payment cycle. If a second payment is missed, the layaway will be canceled and all payments made to date will be considered forfeited. A payment is considered late if it is not received on or before its scheduled due date.
Bank wire
Preferred pricing is available for purchases made by bank wire. Please contact the Studio prior to purchase for details
