Vellum Hall offers complimentary ring resizing at time of purchase.
Please select your size on the ring’s product menu.
If your size is not listed, then the construction of the ring does not allow for that size to reached without compromising the integrity of the piece.
Please allow an additional 2 weeks to ship if resizing is needed. Resizing will render your item final sale.
Stock and ready to ship items will be shipped within 2 business days of order.
2-Day UPS shipping is complimentary on every order.
Shipping is currently limited to the United States.
For all stock and ready to ship, items, there is a 7 day return window from date of delivery. Items within this window may be returned for any reason so long as they are unaltered and in the same condition as when
received.
You will be refunded to the same method of payment within 7 days of receipt of return.

While some designs draw from shared or traditional structures, each Vellum Hall piece reflects our authored decisions around stone selection, proportion, and execution.
All design work, CADs, and renderings created for Vellum Hall remain the property of Vellum Hall.
Payment Options
Layaway
In addition to the payment methods offered through Shopify, Vellum Hall provides interest-free layaway for in-stock pieces over $1,000. Bespoke and Made-to-Order designs are not eligible.
Layaway purchases are divided into four equal payments, made either bi-weekly or monthly based on your preference. An item will not be held until the first payment is made.
Because each piece is reserved specifically for you, layaway items are final sale. If a payment is missed, your plan will remain active for one additional payment cycle. If a second payment is missed, the layaway will be canceled and all payments made to date will be considered forfeited. A payment is considered late if it is not received on or after its scheduled due date.
Private Viewing

All established customers are eligible for special pre-view pricing, sneak peeks, and limited released. Currently, these are released on Instagram in our close friends group.
Items shown will have a special Collector's Price that is only available during the pre-listing window. The Collector's price is eligible for layaway

Most Made To Order and Bespoke pieces are completed and shipped within 6-8 weeks, though this can vary depending on vision and direction.
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. All items are shipped via UPS 2-day or overnight.
